Scientific Results: Demetrius Mutieff. After work in Bulgarian government archives and SIBAL, Demetrius Mutieff's contribution in theoretical physics and metheorology in XIX century was marked for the first time [1, s. 165-208]. His activities in Russia (1843 1856) is not clear yet [8]. Doctorate thesis "De Psychrometria" (1842) was fond in Bulgaria [23]. Textbooks on Physics and Mathematics in XIX century. Working with archives of Nayden Gerov [2, pp. 229-293], Joakim Gruev [2, pp. 229-293], Emanuil Vaskidovich [17], Bulgarian Central eparchial school in Plovdiv [10], [11], [12], [39] and textbooks on mathematics [45] and physics [46], published up to 1878 the sources, used by Nayden Gerov are found [9], and the stages are defined. Education on Physics expressing by Bulgarian secondary school curriculums and textbooks are examined up to 1925. Physics in the Sofia University from 1889 to 1950 [14], [29]: Lectures [26], and scientific results of Prof. P. Bachmetiew [13], [27], Prof. G. Maneff [30-31], [36], [38], Prof. G. Nadjakov [ิ1], [28], independent physics speciality creation [25], [15] and education in doctorate in physics in Bulgaria during the thirties of XX century [24] are determined. Research on Physics: in the Sofia University from 1889 to 1950 [36], [52] has experimental and teoretical results [32]. Theoretical Physics [43], [49], [50], [67] in the Sofia University [33] and from Bulgarian Academy of Sciences [40] is analysed. Milko Borissov [57], [64]. In the field of solid state physics [4] Milko Borissov worked with one hundred co-authors and made 403 publications in 30 different areas, because his research model has cyclic direction between science reports, patented inventions, and manufactured technologies [42]. Semi-conductors mono-crystal growth has great importance for Bulgarian solid-state physics experiments during the second half of XX century [ิ2]. Milko Borissov's research on history of physics has two stages. He examined development of the physics in Bulgaria mainly [35], [47].
