Professor Stojcho Panchev was born in Lisec the vilage in Lovech district.
Education:
He studied physics and meteorology in the Sofia University and was PhD student at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
S. Panchev specialised meteorology in Russia, USA and Japan.
Research:
He investigated theory of chaos and turbulent dynamics.
