Biography
Rashko Zaycow
(10.12.1901 – 1982)


Born: in Burgas [1].

Education:

    He studied University in Göttingen (1922 – 1925) [3] and has post graduated schoolship from the Humboldt Foundation (1926 – 1928).

Research:

    General Relativity, Special Relativity, Unified theory of Quantum Mechanics, Gravity, and Electrodynamics, Particles Theory, Cosmology and Mathematical Statistics were the fields of his scientific research [4].

Professional experience:

    He was a teacher in Sofia (1930 – 1933), Pavlikeny (1940 – 1942) and Botevgrad (1944 – 1946).

    He worked in the Institute of Statistics (1933 – 1940) and later he was head in the State Insurance Institute (1946 – 1953).

    Abroad he was in the Second Astrophysical Observatory (1927) and Faw Factory (1942 – 1944) in Germany [3].

Teaching activities:

    He read lectures in the Robert Colege in Tsarigrad (1925).

    Assistant Professor (1928 – 1930).

    Associate Professor (1953).

    Professor (1963).
