In the present work the creative activity of prof. Todor Vassilev is exposed. This activity is realised in the secondary and the higher university education and in the scientific research work. Prof. Todor Vassilev have a great success in the optics and the physics of polymers. He is an author of a row books to optics and of textbooks to physics.
