       The discovery and invention activity of Bulgarian scientists – physicists developed especially intensively in the latter half of XX century.

     The following factors contributed for that – the creation of the necessary research base at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Sofia university, the experience gained by the younger generation of scientists and the adopted legislation in knowledge protection in Bulgaria.
